今天上午9時，甜甜就將走進高考考場。人生的首個拐點上，林爸也在反複思量著考前一天如何和女兒溝通？最外燴終，他選擇爲女兒開個農曆生日Party（派對），剛好這一天還是芒種節氣，預示著成熟與收獲，他希望借此爲女兒添一對隱形的翅膀。

女兒今早就要去考試了，昨天我一直在想怎麽幫她減壓。我社區聯誼後來翻了下日曆，發現昨天是女兒18歲的農曆生日，且正好是芒種節氣，是有芒谷物的收獲日。我覺得這個日子特別好，雖說以前給女兒過的都是6月的公曆生日，但我覺得今年爲她辦農曆生日微型party更能幫女兒打氣。

有朋友問我，考前過生日會不會尾牙影響到女兒的聖誕餐會備考和休息，我覺得不會。女兒爲今天的考試准備了很久，臨陣磨槍或許還會雞尾酒會事倍功半，給她開個生日Party，和他聊聊畢業旅行和大學展望，我想能讓女兒放松下來，明天她也可以輕裝上陣。

　　【制法】

　　⒈將海參和魚肚均切成4厘米長、3厘米寬的高雄麻辣鍋片，放入冷水鍋內燒開撈出，用開水泡上；熟雞肉切片，冬筍切片，香菇去蒂（大的切開）。

　　⒉高雄酸菜白肉鍋裏脊肉和鳜魚肉切成薄片，分別擺入盤內淋上料酒；將開水泡發的粉絲切成2厘米的長段；豆腐切成4厘米長、2厘米寬、1。5厘米厚的片，用開水燙過；冬苋菜、芽白菜洗淨；將4種原料分盤准備。鹽、味精、胡椒粉和蔥花分別用碟裝上。辣椒油用兩個小碗裝上。

　　⒊將雞湯、魚丸、肉丸、海參、魚肚、雞片、冬筍片、香菇、鹽和味精放入鍋內燒開並調好味，撇去泡沫後加入豬油，再裝入火鍋內。

　　⒋食用前10分鍾，將火鍋燒開蓋好上桌，加上原料和調料即可。

老酒收購-一壇老酒寄相思

老家牆角那只盛酒的壇子承收購老酒載了我們太多的記憶，耄耋之年的母親時常端詳著那只老壇子陷入深深的沈思，一坐就是半天。

父親參加過抗日戰爭，幾次死裏逃生，我小時候酒後他常提起那段光輝的曆史；父親愛酒，對喝酒極有講究。第一個講究， 喝酒前父親先用筷子蘸三滴酒，然後，嘴裏念念有詞，彈三下。早些年我們不知道父親“葫蘆裏賣的什麽酒”，直到“抗日戰爭解放六十周年”紀念日那天，他才給我們道出了實情。一滴酒敬天地；二滴酒敬父母；三滴酒是敬那些犧牲在戰場上的戰友們；第二個講究，不論和誰喝酒都是四杯，從不貪杯；第三個講究，不管是別人送的原瓶酒還是他自己打來的散酒，不管是濃香的、清香的，不管是什麽品牌的酒，他必須先倒進自家壇子裏進行二次“釀造”，然後把口封嚴，絕對的“五味雜陳”。他說酒壇子接地氣，這樣儲藏的酒味正、醇厚、綿柔，適飲有益身心健康。

父親的酒壇裏始終保持有三分之二的酒，低于這個標准就蓄酒，用父親的話說，這是爲了充分保證“老酒”的濃度和香度。每天中午，飯前父親從老壇子裏提壺打酒，嘴裏還學著當年村子裏賣油翁的吆喝：“一葫蘆四兩，兩葫蘆半斤！”其實我們早知道這個典故，“老稱是十六兩的，所以一葫蘆四兩，兩葫蘆自然就是半斤”。酒肴父親不太講究，幾粒花生米、一盤小鹹菜，有時母親也會炒個小菜陪父親喝兩盅。母親屬于那種女漢子性格，很少喝酒，一旦喝起來就閘不住，一碗酒端起來一飲而盡，不恍不搖，老酒收購不倒不醉，父親是心服口服，甘拜下風。“你娘是真人不露像，我是露像不真人”。
